Counter-Notification Process for Barronbuy

If you believe that content belonging to you was taken down or disabled in error, or as a result of misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification in accordance with the DMCA.

To dispute a claim of infringement and request the restoration of your material, please send a written counter-notice to our Designated DMCA Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following mandatory information:

• A formal statement, made under penalty of perjury, affirming your good faith belief that the material in question was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification of the content to be removed or disabled.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the District of Delaware. You must also state that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, BARRONBUY will promptly forward a copy to the original copyright claimant. We will then generally proceed to restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days, unless we are informed by the original claimant that they have filed a court action seeking a permanent injunction to restrain you from engaging in the infringing activity.
